About Us

The house is strategically centered in the San Stae area from where you can reach the historic center within just a few minutes of walking, or via the "Vaporetto". The "Vaporetto" is the local way of public transportation.
We are only 8 min from the railway and 10 min from car parking via the Vaporetto. If you’d rather walk, you can reach Rialto’s Bridge in 8 min and San Marc Square in 20 min. The Accademia and the Guggenheim Gallery will take about 20 min via the Vaporetto.

Room Information

Room rates range from € 35,00 a € 170,00 per night, per room.
Check out is 11:30 - We do provide a bag storage service.

The house has been completely remodeled. All of the rooms contain a double size bed with a private bathroom, a private heating and cooling system, a small hair drier, and a tea kettle (with tea and instant coffee). Wireless access and air-conditioning are available at an additional charge. An extra bed can be added to the room for an additional € 20,00 per night. The extra bed price does not include the ‘Day Tourist’ taxes. There is also a washer available if necessary.

Please note that breakfast is not included in the room price. Please discuss options with the owner. However, as part of a ‘Welcome to Venice’ there will be juice, biscuits and a map of Venice provided upon your arrival.
